Hi, my name is Vincent Pomo. I am the starting goalie for Exeter Township Senior High School and play on the True Blak Widow 2028 team. I have also played with numerous teams including True Mid-Atlantic and True Philly. I started playing lacrosse in 6th grade after watching my brother enjoy the game. My dream is to play lacrosse in college and become a lacrosse coach. I love attending Goaliesmith trainings during the off season to build my skills and am interested in training younger goalies to help them improve their game. I started with training my younger brother who also plays goalie and I love watching him grow! I offer individual sessions for 1 or 2 hours at a time. What we can work on: - Position fundamentals - Positioning in goal - Moving to the ball - Various Save Techniques - Clears and outlet passes - Lacrosse IQ - Leading your defense - Overcoming fear of the ball​/​strong mental game What to expect: We would start with a warm-up, stick work warm up, and foot work warm up. Additional Information

I provide training in the Exeter area and will travel if necessary for a small fee. For payments, I accept cash or Venmo at the time of the training.
